L3 Media Studio, a division of Forward Learning Group LLC
Effective August 25, 2026
These terms apply when you book studio time or production services with L3 Media Studio. Booking a session means you accept them. If something here does not match what you were told, tell us before your session and we will sort it out in writing.
L3 Media Studio is a division of Forward Learning Group LLC, a California limited liability company located at 25 Executive Court, Napa, CA 94558. In these terms, we and us mean L3 Media Studio. You means the person or business booking the session.
You are buying one hour of studio time, not a fixed number of finished videos. This is the single most important term on this page.
A Content Sprint is a one hour recording session in our studio, capped at ten talking head videos. Ten is a ceiling, not a promise. How many you finish depends on how prepared you arrive, how many takes you need, and how long your topics run. Clients who bring a written list often finish all ten. Clients who work it out on camera usually finish four to six.
The price is the same either way. We do not discount a session because you recorded fewer videos than the cap, and we do not extend the hour to reach it.
Every video you record in your session comes back edited, including:
Finished videos are delivered within seven business days of your session, named and numbered to match your topic list. Horizontal versions, additional aspect ratios, scripting, thumbnails, and posting are not included and are quoted separately.
Each session includes one round of minor revisions per video, requested within fourteen days of delivery. Minor means caption corrections, trim points, color adjustments, and swapping b roll. It does not mean re-recording, restructuring the video, or changing what you said on camera. Re-recording requires a new session.
After fourteen days, delivered videos are considered accepted.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Your session time is not held until payment clears. Prices are in US dollars.
Multi-session packages are paid in full at purchase, and unused sessions expire twelve months from the purchase date. Monthly plans bill on the same day each month and continue until you cancel.
If we cancel or cannot run your session for any reason, you choose between a full refund or a rescheduled session at no charge.
Your hour starts at the scheduled time, not when you arrive. Please arrive fifteen minutes early, camera ready, with hair and makeup done. Late arrival shortens your session and does not extend the end time, because the studio is scheduled back to back.
Send your topic list at least 48 hours before your session so we can set the studio and load the teleprompter. If we do not receive it, we will still run your session, and you should expect to finish fewer videos.
You confirm that you have the right to use everything you bring on camera and everything you say. That includes products, logos, branded items, printed material, music, and any third party who appears in your video. If someone other than you appears on camera, you are responsible for obtaining their permission to be filmed and for the use you intend.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your own claims. We do not review your content for legal, regulatory, medical, financial or advertising compliance, and producing your video is not an endorsement of what it says.
Once your session is paid in full, you own the finished videos we deliver and may use them however you like.
We retain ownership of our project files, editing assets, and any stock or licensed b roll used in your edit. Those are not delivered as part of a session.
We may show excerpts of your finished videos in our own portfolio, website, and social channels. If you would rather we did not, tell us in writing before your session and we will not.
Raw, unedited footage is retained for thirty days after delivery and then deleted. It is not included with a session. If you want it, ask before the thirty days are up and we will quote it.
Booking a session means we will email you about that session, including a prep guide, reminders, and your delivery. If you opted in to text messages, we will also text you scheduling and reminder messages. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, and unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Session-related messages are not marketing and are necessary to run your booking.
How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Our equipment and space are expensive and shared. You are responsible for damage you or your guests cause beyond normal use. We may end a session without refund if someone is intoxicated, threatening, or behaving in a way that puts people or equipment at risk.
We take real care with your footage, and we still have to say this plainly. Equipment fails, files corrupt, and storage dies. If we lose or damage your footage before delivery, our responsibility is limited to reshooting the session at no charge, or refunding what you paid for it, whichever you prefer.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising out of a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost followers, missed campaigns, or lost business opportunity.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The version posted on the day you book is the version that governs your session. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Napa County, California. Before filing anything, both sides agree to spend thirty days genuinely trying to resolve it directly.
